FEE Structure for Foreign Firms
Categorization of limit of construction cost of project, PCP's requirments & applicable fee
(with effect from 1st Jan 2016)
All Foreign Constructors/Operators are informed that they can deposit the registration/renewal fee of their licences/certificates in any online branch of HBL and MCB (View Details) through online Portal System. It is important that the acknowledgment receipt must uploaded with the application. Bank charges as admissible.

Note:
- Foreign constructor will employ minimum 70% Pakistani engineers of relevant discipline/field and technical staff
- Initially provisional license will be issued for participation in the bidding with 50% of required PCPs and required with REs as Trainee Engineers. After award of work standard license will be issued with completion of PCPs
- Penalties will be imposed maximum three times of fees or cancellation of license, if required PCPs and fee is not provided at the time of execution of the contract

Note:
