Fee for Expert Advice on PEC Bidding Documents
- The Applicant/Organization/Firm will submit their Queries/Clarifications to PEC with all connected/relevant documents and nominate a focal person fully authorized and conversant with the case. The Committee, if required, may call the said person for presentation/any clarification
- The fee amounting to RS. 500,000/- (Rupees five hundred thousand only) per case, approved by the PEC Governing Body in its 34th meeting held on May 02, 2019, will be effective from the same date
- With immediate effect, all Queries/Clarifications must be accompanied with the requisite fee. Incase of non-compliance, the application will not be entertained. PEC will not be obliged to give any response in this context
- Applications received meeting the criteria mentioned above will be processed and finalized by the Committee within a period of 60 days from the receipt of the prescribed fee by PEC
- Applications already received by PEC before May 02, 2019 will be entertained on basis of previous fee structure/policy, provided that the fee had already been paid before May 02, 2019
- The processing of the applications by the Committee will be strictly in accordance with “first come first serve basis”
